Q. Where are the potty pads manufactured in?

 Everything is manufactured in Japan.

Q. If a pet gnawed at the sheet and ate the contents of it, would it be harmful to their body?

The sheets have built-in material absorbers (such as pulp and high molecular absorbers) between a waterproof sheet and a non-woven fabric like the chart below. Even if your pet ate some of it, it would be processed normally as feces and wouldn’t cause an issue. Please consult a veterinarian immediately when you feel something is amiss with your pet (Dispirited, Vomiting, Diarrhea, loss of appetite and so on).

Q. How can I use the pet sheets?

Place the sheet in the space you decide as a toilet, then spread it carefully with both hands and make sure the colored side is up (Blue, Pink, Green). If you previously used a toilet tray, you can also place it in the tray.
※ Please note ※ If you shake and handle the sheet too aggressively when you spread them, they will tear which may make the absorbers pop out and cause it to not work properly.

Q. How should I dispose the pet sheets?

You must clean the feces off the sheet and flush them down the toilet. Please throw out the used-sheet and keep the dirty part on the inside.
※ The sheets cannot be flushed in the toilet ※ The main component is flammable but different disposal methods may hinge on the laws of your respective municipality. Please dispose of it following the rules set by your local sanitation dept.

Q. I’d like to use the pet sheets cut.

The pet sheet is composed of the surface sheet of absorbers (such as flocculent pulp and high molecular absorbers) and the waterproof sheet is on the back side. Please use it as is because the absorbers inside, pop out and that causes the possibility of a stain and a leak when the sheet is cut by scissors or torn in any way.
