We had the honor to take part in a event called Short Walk run by Puppy Up. They have been committed to discovering the common links between canine and human cancers and the causes of these cancers through comparative oncology research. The short walk and silent auction were held with local vendors, rescues and other non-profits to promote awareness and educate people about canine cancer and to fund-raise for research that looks at the similarities between human and canine cancers as our doggies are getting the same cancers that we are.
We donated our potty pads for the auctions as an official sponsor of the event.
Their research benefits pets and people, and we’re very much honored of being a part of it!
